– Silvana“Natural Mindfulness for Children is a course for anyone who wants to learn mindfulness techniques and fun activities in a nonjudgmental environment. I had a blast and learnt a lot, I can’t recommend Sarah’s courses enough! Thanks Sarah!”
– Rose“As a mother, wife, sister, daughter and employee, my life is busy, and full. I often seek new tools to help me with the daily challenge that life gives us. Children have access to digital stimulus and spend less time outside due to our highly social lifestyles, and environments. I highly recommend Sarah’s teacher training on Mindfulness. I was given the opportunity over a 2-day immersive workshop to learn new skills, meditate, and share practical nature based experiences and exercises with like-minded people, all keen to bring calm, and gratitude to our parenting / teacher toolkit.”
– Raquel“Sarah said I would never look at a leaf the same way by the end of the weekend. She was right! I am seeing new opportunities for mindful activity with my kids everywhere and look forward to incorporating everything I learned into our daily lives.”
